Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a visit?
Members receive access to our booking calendar via WhatsApp or email. Simply message us your preferred date/time at least 24 hours ahead and we will confirm availability.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes! Children count toward your guest allowance. We ask that children be supervised at all times, especially near the river and hot tub.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel at least 12 hours before your booking to have the visit returned to your monthly allowance. No-shows count as used visits.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Absolutely! Contact us anytime to upgrade. The difference will be prorated for the current month.
